Face shots

Took some head shots of some random kids I know with my camera's full 16x zoom and did just a little touching up with the brightness.

They're obviously grainy but I thought they looked pretty cool. XD Especially as they had no idea I was taking pictures of them, lol. Please comment!

Polls (forgot one)

So far the polls (which have only been up for a few days, lol) show that at least 2 people would like to see a post here about once a week. ;-)
Unfortunately, I forgot to add the most likely time, lol, which is "Once Every Two Weeks". So I re-did the poll. :-\
I may post some things once a week if I get a lot of feedback, otherwise probably just once every two weeks untill I run out of pictures, lol, so if you want to see more, provide feedback!

First picture

Some of you have seen this photo already but I like it and it's my only watermarked one. XD

I took it in front of our old house in 2009. It's not the best quality picture in the world, but the sunset on the palms makes it quite pretty. ;-)

My cameras

Hey all, just decided to post on the cameras I used to take the pictures I'll get to posting.

The HP Photosmart R817 5.1MP 5x zoom (on the right) and the Canon PowerShot A3100 IS 12.1MP 4x zoom (on the left):

I really liked the HP one before it broke (it got dropped, lol, as you can see). It's much more ergonomic and it's interface is a ton easier to use than the Canon, so much so that I could operate it with one hand on a normal basis! I don't really need or use the full 12 megapixels on the Canon so I really should have got the next higher HP as a replacement instead.

Anyway, these are the cameras I used to take all my pictures. We got the Canon in April 2010 I think so anything in 2009 is from the HP.
